Mise-en-scene (including props, costume) : For the costume: School uniform à
Trousers, Shirt, Tie, Jumper/Cardigan. I haven't used any props.
Attempted connotation:
The school pupils breaking records, new renovations, new headteacher.
Planned denotation: Girl
and boy celebrating their success in GCSE’s.
Contingency (in case of model absence/weather): I chose to take the photo inside school so
that the weather didn’t affect the model, also I will edit the background of
the image so that it is only the models.
Alternate angle: Straight
on angle level with the eyes so that they’re looking directly into the camera
and so that it is a medium long shot.
Thinking points: Actor needs to be reassured that images are
only used for the magazine. Models will be from the sixth form so that they are
known around school and so that it links together.
